PRICING:

PERFORMANCE

$150 per hour of shooting

One hour minimum fee. Additional time charged in 20-minute increments (i.e. $50 per additional 20-minutes of shooting).

Final number of high-resolution images varies depending on performance.

HEADSHOT

$200 for 30-minute session

Session fee includes up to 8 final high-resolution images. Additional retouched photos available for $15 per photo.

DANCE + LIFESTYLE

$225 for 60-minute session

One hour minimum fee. Additional time charged in 15-minute increments (i.e. $50 per additional 15-minutes of shooting).

Session fee includes up to 15 final high-resolution images. Additional retouched photos available for $15 per photo.

Weddings and events vary in scope, so it’s difficult to have a one size fits all pricing structure. Each wedding and event package is dependent on the details discussed in our initial consultation. Let’s chat!

Add-Ons:

  • PROFESSIONAL PRINT PRODUCTS: paper, canvas, and metallic prints, custom photo albums, and more delivered directly to your address.

  • TRAVEL FEE: For shoot locations greater than 20 miles from the Central West End in St. Louis, MO.

  • EDITING FAST PASS: If you need a quicker turn-around than my standard 3-week guarantee for private photo sessions and performances, or 3-months for larger events and weddings.

  • SMALL GROUP DISCOUNT: Book a dance and/or portrait shoot for up to four people on the same day and each of you will save $30 on the cost of an individual shoot.

  • BUNDLING DISCOUNT: Need new dance photos as well as headshots? Or do you want to combine your lifestyle family shoot with new headshots? I offer discounted packages for booking two sessions as one.

  • BRANDING CONSULTATION: A unique 45-min session that’s all about you! We’ll meet and discuss you and your goals, branding, and vision for the future. Whether you want to optimize how you use your new photos, or if you want to level up your social media game or website design, we’ll cover it all. This session is designed to be a one-time meeting for you to leave feeling inspired and ready to better your personal brand. However, it can also be used as an initial consultation for my creative services, including social media management, digital content design, website design and management, event planning, and more.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. INQUIRE

    SEND ME A MESSAGE! Use my contact form, or email me directly at carly.cv.creative@gmail.com. I’ll respond within 48-hours so we can get your session scheduled as soon as possible!

  2. DETAILS

    TELL ME ABOUT YOUR VISION! I offer an optional, complimentary phone or Zoom conversation if you’d like to talk through the details together. The more I know, the better I can serve you and bring your vision to life!

  3. BOOKING

    SCHEDULE YOUR SHOOT! If you’re booking an outdoor session, I offer a complimentary back-up date should we need to reschedule due to weather. This date will be scheduled upon initial booking to guarantee scheduling priority, even if we have to postpone due to weather. I usually book 1-2 months out at a minimum.

  4. CONTRACT

    LET’S MAKE IT OFFICIAL! Immediately after we schedule your session, I will send you a written agreement and deposit invoice for 50% of your total session investment. The digital contract will include all of our previously agreed upon details, a statement regarding permissions for photo use, information about possible session postponement or cancellation, as well as an estimated timeline for final photo delivery.

  5. DAY OF THE SHOOT

    TIME TO CAPTURE YOU AT YOUR BEST! I’ll touch base 24-hours prior to your session to confirm our pre-discussed details and make sure all of your questions are answered. Whether it’s a dance, portrait, lifestyle, or event photoshoot, I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and confident throughout our time working together.

  6. FINAL DELIVERY

    THE MOMENT YOU’VE BEEN WAITING FOR! Your final photos will be delivered via a private online gallery. From there, you can download all of your high-resolution, professionally edited photos, or purchase add-on print products delivered directly to you. You will also receive an emailed print release that gives you permission to print the photos on your own through your preferred photo printing service. Depending on the scope of your shoot, photos will be delivered within 3 weeks (dance, portrait, lifestyle, performance) or up to 3 months (wedding, large event).
